Shipping policy

ALL SHIPPING OF ORDERS

When we ship the order to you we are responsible for the item until the carrier shows it was delivered to the shipping address provided.  Once the order has been shown delivered by the carrier we are no longer responsible if the package is lost, misplaced or stolen from the shipping address.  

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The customer purchasing the product and having it shipped outside of the United States is responsible for paying any and all duties, taxes and fees the shipped to country charges for importing goods.  These additional costs are extra, are the customers responsibility and are not reflected in the purchase price or shipping cost of the goods.  Most countries will require you to pay these additional costs on or before receiving the package from the delivery company.  Products returned to sender because of not paying these extra costs or not present to pay these extra costs with not be refunded shipping charges.
